At Eclectic Niche, we consider delivery and logistics as integral aspects of our service. Our dedicated team are committed to ensuring that your delivery arrives promptly and in impeccable condition, maintaining our commitment to excellence.

We deliver to all of the UK , Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and International destinations. Standard delivery for within the UK takes 5-10 working days. With thousands of products on our website, we endeavour to maintain up-to-date stock information, although many items are in stock and available for immediate dispatch, some items may be available for pre-order or are made-to-order.

Delays in this instance will be fully communicated, please contact us if you require a specified date for delivery. We do not however guarantee that we will be able to meet your request.

Our delivery team will contact you to ask for a convenient date for delivery and in most cases the delivery can include a ETA time slot and informed by email or text message. Deliveries are usually during the working week Monday-Friday unless requested in special circumstances. Please contact us if you require a weekend delivery, do note that this will accrue an additional charge. Please make sure you are available to take delivery of your item or input an alternative address with a trusted individual (neighbour/relative) where necessary.

Please endeavour to inform us if you are going to be unavailable on the suggested delivery date, and we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative. Failed deliveries that have been agreed may result in re-delivery/cancellation charges.

We also deliver to Ireland across the EU and to other International destinations. Please contact us for shipping costs to these destinations, email us at [email protected].

Please be aware that international deliveries may incur local import duties which we have no control over and are not able to predict in advance. Any local import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient of the goods.

Please note that, on very rare occasions deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control which we are unable to take responsibility for due to logistical issues. 



Here are some of our frequently asked questions:

How will I know when my order has shipped?

Once an order has been shipped you will be notified by email. In certain cases, some orders may be shipped partially which will be made clear on your shipping email. For Larger items, you will be contacted to organise a suitable date for delivery.

Why is part of my order missing?

In some occasions multiple items ordered may arrive at separate times due to different arrival times of stock into our warehouse. Please check your delivery note to see if any of your items will be arriving separately. If the delivery note says otherwise, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]

When can I expect to receive my order?

Delivery within the UK should take between 5-10 working days. Items available for pre-order will have the estimated lead time or re-stock date on the product page.

What if I have received an incorrect item?

If you have received an incorrect item in your order, please contact our Customer Care team and we will organise a free collection service to pick the item up from you. Wherever possible, we will endeavour to organise a replacement item. Please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected].

What About Access Issues?

Our delivery team will deliver up to the first floor level only. We cannot deliver above this level unless there is suitable lift access or on special request by the customer which will be charged at an additional cost. You can contact us, so that we can evaluate any access limitations that might occur  for the item purchased – including large furniture items required above the first floor. Access must be evaluated before booking. If you would like an access evaluation prior to ordering an item please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected]

What are your pre-delivery requirements?

You’re responsible for ensuring there’s enough space for furniture to be delivered through doorways, windows, stairs, and tight areas to reach the desired location.

Do you offer an assembly service?

Our carriers provide assembly services for items needing assembly, available for an additional fee. Please book in advance and contact us for a quotation.

Failed Deliveries

Kindly notify us in advance if you’re unavailable on the proposed delivery date, and we’ll strive to arrange a suitable alternative. Agreed-upon failed deliveries incur re-delivery/cancellation charges. Late cancellations post-dispatch also incur redelivery charges.
