At the moment, we deliver to all of the UK , Republic of Ireland and International destinations. Standard delivery for within the UK, costs’ £9.95 and currently takes 5-10 working days. With thousands of products on our website, we endeavour to maintain up-to-date stock information, although many items are in stock and available for immediate dispatch, some items may be available for pre-order.
Delays in this instance will be fully communicated, please contact us if you require a specified date for delivery. We do not however guarantee that we will be able to meet your request.
We ask that when receiving a delivery to check the items before the delivery driver leaves, in the rare event of damage so that the item(s) are returned immediately . If you do not manage to check goods upon delivery, we allow 24 hours after signing for goods for damages to be reported to us – claims for damages outside this period may be rejected.
Our delivery team will contact you to ask for a convenient date for delivery and in most cases the delivery can include a ETA time slot and informed by email or text message. Deliveries are only available during the working week Monday-Friday unless in special circumstances. Please contact us if you require a weekend delivery, do note that this will accrue an additional charge. Please make sure you are available to take delivery of your item or input an alternative address with a trusted individual (neighbour/relative) where necessary.
Please endeavour to inform us if you are going to be unavailable on the suggested delivery date, and we will endeavour to arrange a suitable alternative. Failed deliveries that have been agreed may result in re-delivery/cancellation charges.

Please be aware that international deliveries may incur local import duties which we have no control over and are not able to predict in advance. Any local import duties and taxes will be the responsibility of the recipient of the goods.
Please note that, on very rare occasions deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control which we are unable to take responsibility for due to logistical issues.
WHAT ABOUT ACCESS ISSUES?
Our delivery team will deliver up to the first floor level only. We cannot deliver above this level unless there is suitable lift access. It is the customer’s responsibility to think about any access limitations that might occur for the item purchased – including large furniture items required above the first floor.
