Standard delivery within the UK takes 5-10 working days depending on if we have the items in storage or with our suppliers. Delivery time periods will be stated on the product page. International deliveries will accrue an additional charge, do email us for a quote. Please check the product description or basket page for further details on shipping costs.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you have up to 14 working days from the date of delivery to notify us via email at [email protected]. Your item must be shipped back to us within 30 days of initial receipt of the item(s). All items returned must be unused and in their original inner and outer packaging.
Please note this doesn’t apply to made to order, non-standard, personalised, customised or special order products.
How do I return goods.
Eclectic Niche is happy to arrange the collection of any return and the cost of this will be deducted from any refund due. Please email [email protected] to arrange a collection for your return. If you would prefer to return the items yourself, we advise using a shipping service that provides tracking and shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item. Gift vouchers cannot be returned.
When will I be refunded?
We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your return. You will be sent a notification email once your refund has been processed.
My item is faulty/damaged, what should I do?
In the event that your order arrives in a faulty or damaged condition (including bespoke orders), please contact us within 48 hours by email or phone. We will ask you to email a photograph of the damage, including the packaging if possible to [email protected].
In the unfortunate experience of damage, we are happy to arrange the collection of any damaged or faulty goods. Once we have received the returned item, it will be inspected and a repair or replacement will be arranged where possible. Please report within 48 hours of delivery – outside of this period damages may be deemed to have happened after the delivery event. We encourage our customers to check items in the presence of the delivery driver before signing for the delivery in order for the item(s) to be sent back with the driver in the rare event of damage. Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] and we will advise you on how to proceed, we will offer you an exchange or full refund.
