Standard delivery costs’ £9.95 (UK Delivery) and takes 5-14 working days depending on if we have the items in storage or with our suppliers. Delivery time periods will be stated on the product page. International deliveries will accrue a significant charge, do email us for a quote. Please check the product description or basket page for further details on shipping costs.
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, for whatever reason, you have up to 14 working days from the date of delivery to notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once you have received approval for returns, your item must be shipped back to us within 30 days of initial receipt of the item(s). All items returned must be unused and in their original inner and outer packaging.
Please note this doesn’t apply to made to order, non-standard, personalised, customised or special order products.
Cost of returns
Returning the item(s) is your responsibility along with any costs this will incur. If you are shipping an item over £50, we advise using a shipping service that provides tracking and shipping insurance to ensure we receive your returned item. Gift vouchers cannot be returned.
When will I be refunded?
We will process your refund within 14 calendar days of receiving your return. You will be sent a notification email once your refund has been processed.
My item is wrong/faulty/damaged, what should I do?
In the unfortunate experience of damage, please report within 24 hours of delivery – outside of this period damages will be deemed to have happened after the delivery event. We encourage our customers to check items in the presence of the delivery driver before signing for the delivery in order for the item(s) to be sent back with the driver in the rare event of damage. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com and we will advise you on how to proceed, we will offer you an exchange or full refund.
